The small micro ring hair extensions are made from copper with a silicone lining to grip and protect your own hair. There is no glue, heat, sewing or braids involved. Micro bond hair extensions can stay in for up to three to six months, as you can have them moved up and re-tightened every eight weeks.

Why does it take so long to have micro ring hair extensions fitted?
If you are looking to have a full head of micro ring hair extensions, it can take between 2-3 hours. Each extension strand is fitted individually and you want the extension technician to take time with this type of extension as you will want to make sure they are as discreet as possible.
How long will my micro-ring hair extensions last?
If you are using the right aftercare, then your micro ring hair extensions can last you anywhere up to 6 months. Natural hair from your scalp has natural oils which make sure your hair is kept soft and shiny; however, extensions do not have the same supply of oils. To keep your extensions in the best possible condition, and to ensure they last as long as possible, you will need to care for them with the recommended products and conditioners such as moisturising mask treatments. We would like to mention you should keep any moisture treatment or conditioner away from your roots and micro rings as it can make them slip.
How long after having my micro-ring extensions fitted can I wash my hair?
As micro-ring hair extensions are not bonded in, you can wash your hair the next day. We recommend only washing your hair once or twice a week with the special products.
