SHOPThanks for your order, for whatever reason for a return, we are happy to return your item within 14 days of the date of purchase. Simply download and complete our returns form. We ask all our customers before returning your purchase to ensure the product is unworn, sealed, and in the original packaging.
If in the event you believe the hair to be faulty, this must be returned in full to us within 28 days of your purchase date for testing.
What is the delivery time for orders?
Delivery is 3-5 working days with Royal Mail with tracking. Please note we do not offer next-day delivery.
How do I return an item?
You can return items to us within 14 days of receipt. Due to the nature and hygiene of our products, ALL PRODUCTS must be unopened and in their original shipped condition for the return to be accepted. Any products that have been opened or tampered with will not be accepted for a refund. Please click here to start your return.
Do I have to pay to return an item?
Unfortunately, we do not have a free returns system. We recommend sending items back by Royal Mail tracked postage. Please ensure postage insurance covers the full cost of the items. We cannot be held responsible for any returned items that go missing during shipping.

All return items must be brand-new, sealed, and unopened otherwise the refund will not be approved.
Approved Refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days after we receive the item back (minus the 10% restocking fee).
Please note that we charge a 10% restocking fee on returned items.
